SIX - ANNIVERSARY TICKET SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES.

Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00am Eastern Time ("ET") on September 26, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on October 3, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry (the "Entrant"). Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of SIX on Broadway LP (the "Sponsor"), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants, and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family member" shall be deemed to mean any husband, wife, spouse, children, mother, father, parent, sister, sister-in-law, brother or brother-in-law, sibling, or sibling-in-law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER.

POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA: To enter the Sweepstakes, the Entrant must post a photo or video on their public social media account that fulfills the prompt "What does the Queendom mean to you?" and tag @SIXBroadway social media account. No more than one (1) entry per Entrant. Those who fulfill the entry requirements will be entered to win one (1) pair of tickets to SIX on Broadway and a voucher for a one (1) night stay at the CIVILIAN Hotel. Details below.

4. DRAWING/ODDS.

On or about Friday, October 3, 2025, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes in the Sweepstakes Period. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

To be eligible to receive a prize, all Entrants must post their submission from a social media account that can be messaged from the @SIXBroadway account. In the event that an Entrant has a private account or is unable to be reached, the Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

5. PRIZES.

In the case of unavailability of any prize set out below (exclusively including without limitation two (2) tickets to see SIX on Broadway and a voucher for a one (1) night stay at the CIVILIAN Hotel in accordance with these Official Rules), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen and receive two (2) tickets to SIX on Broadway, for a night of their choosing and a voucher for a one (1) night stay at the CIVILIAN Hotel. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to request an alternate date if the requested date is unavailable for any reason. Prize value is approximately $613.50.

Flight not included. Tickets will be booked as a pair of ticket(s) for the selected performance, and once booked, may not be exchanged for an alternate date/time. Tickets will not be available to Winner until the day of the performance at the Lena Horne Theatre. No information on ticket location will be provided until ticket pickup. Tickets may be located anywhere in the Theatre and shall be selected at the discretion of Sponsor. Seats may have a restricted, partial or obstructed view. Accessible seating locations are available on request. Winner must pick up tickets in person at the theatre and present an original, unexpired ID containing Winner's full name, a photo of Winner's face, and evidence of Winner's age, issued by a city, state or federal governmental entity (no photocopies or electronic copies of IDs or expired IDs will be accepted). Valid photo ID must match winner information and Winner must provide written acknowledgement, in form and substance provided by Sponsor, of receipt and acceptance of these Official Rules or tickets will not be released. Sale or re-sale of the tickets will void tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and no exchanges will be permitted. Start time of performance, cast and performers subject to change.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.

Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable or assignable and there are no substitutions or cash redemptions, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Not for resale. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. Where applicable, the winner and their guest must hold any current and valid relevant travel documentation required for travel and entry to New York City. The prizes consist only of the elements expressly set forth in these Official Rules and no other elements or expenses are included and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Winner shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the Prize, and any related travel, transportation, room/board, and lodging costs associated with the Prize. Each Entrant consents to the use of his/her name, city & state of residence, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and voice in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, Sweepstakes, and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

7. NOTIFICATIONS/CLAIMS.

Once confirmed, the winner will be announced prior to Friday, October 10, 2025, and notified by the Sponsor by social media DM (the "Notification"). If the selected winner does not respond to the Notification within five (5) business days of the Sponsor's first notification or is unable to accept a prize in its entirety for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit such prize and such prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, each winner irrevocably grants Sponsor the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city & state of residence, prize won, biographical information, voice, photograph, and/or likeness in any media throughout the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising, online posting, Sweepstakes and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by the Sponsor or if the prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and if time permits, at the discretion of the Sponsor, an alternate Entrant will be selected as the winner by random drawing from among the remaining entries.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner's use of its prize. All prize details, including delivery, are in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. By entering the Sweepstakes, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Sweepstakes rules, terms, and conditions. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

No compensation will be provided for any prizes that are not able to be awarded to a prize winner.

8. CONDITIONS.

This Sweepstakes is conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and the Abbreviated Rules or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including, but not limited to: any entry form, survey, and/or point of sale, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants, and prize winners release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. Any normal internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants' online/phone service will apply and are Entrants' sole responsibility. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and the other Sweepstakes Entities to use each prize winner's name, city & state of residence, prize won, biographical information, voice, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity, for this Sweepstakes only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by using unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes.

9. WARNING:

Any attempt by any person, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize any sponsor-owned website or related social-networking site, the entry process, or otherwise interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. NO LIABILITY.

By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes, including related travel. All Sweepstakes winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize.

11. USE OF DATA.

Sponsor will be collecting personal data ("Personal Data") about Entrants online in accordance with its Privacy Notice. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Notice.

12. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW.

In respect of any Entrant resident in the United States, each Entrant waives all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THE TERMS HEREIN SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or Sweepstakes, Entrant irrevocably submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to New York County in the State of New York. Entrant agrees not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

13. SPONSOR.

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without the written permission of the Sponsor.

14. PRIVACY NOTICE:

Sponsor is committed to safeguarding and protecting Entrant's Personal Data. Below is a brief summary of how Entrant's Personal Data will be processed. The Sponsor will be processing the Personal Data Entrant provides Sponsor including that which is required as set out in these Official Rules, and that which is related to and contained in Entrant's Sweepstakes application: (a) for the administration of the Official Rules and Sweepstakes and communicating with Entrant about the same; (b) for compliance or legal obligations; (c) for promotional purposes as set out in these Official Rules in connection with the Sweepstakes in any media or formats worldwide in perpetuity. Entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor will need to share Entrant's Personal Data internally, with affiliates and group companies (both in the US and the UK), and other third parties where in accordance with the Official Rules and Privacy Policy.

Such Personal Data may include Entrant's name, address, contact details, likeness, photograph, biographical information, a copy of Entrant's passport (if necessary, in the event Entrant wins the Sweepstakes for the purpose of administering the Grand Prize), and information about Entrant that is relevant for inclusion in publicity material as set out in the Official Rules.

Entrant expressly acknowledges that the lawful basis upon which Sponsor shall process Entrant Personal Data is for the purposes of (i) performance of these Official Rules and Sweepstakes (including this Privacy Notice and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy); and on the legal basis that (ii) the Sweepstakes has substantial public and commercial interest, (iii) it is a legitimate interest of Sponsor and the third parties referred to above, (for the advertising, online posting, Sweepstakes and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes), which is not overridden by Entrant's interests, rights and freedoms; (iv) for the processing referred to above, Sponsor and/or the above referred to third parties will need to process Entrant Personal Data to comply with their compliance or legal obligations.
